These Terms of Service govern the relationship between AB OVO obrt za cestovni prijevoz (owner: Anita Žigo, Lička 3, 21300 Makarska, Croatia; hereinafter 'AB OVO', 'we' or 'us') and any person who inquires about or books a tour or transfer service through our website or directly.

AB OVO provides guided day tours, excursions, transfers, and private experiences in and around the Makarska Riviera, Dalmatia, Croatia. All services are subject to availability and to these Terms.

Bookings are made by submitting an inquiry through our website or by contacting us directly by phone or email. A booking is confirmed only once you receive a written confirmation from AB OVO. We aim to confirm all inquiries within 24 hours.

All prices are stated in Euros (€) and include applicable Croatian VAT where required. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation. AB OVO reserves the right to adjust prices for future bookings without prior notice.

The following cancellation policy applies to all bookings: • Cancellation more than 48 hours before departure: full refund. • Cancellation 24–48 hours before departure: 50% refund. • Cancellation less than 24 hours before departure: no refund. • Cancellation due to adverse weather conditions deemed unsafe by our skipper or guide: full refund or free rebooking at your choice. AB OVO reserves the right to cancel or modify a tour for reasons of safety, insufficient group size, or force majeure. In such cases you will receive a full refund or an alternative date.

Guests are responsible for ensuring they are in suitable health for the tour they book. Please inform us of any medical conditions, disabilities, or special requirements at the time of booking. AB OVO strongly recommends that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, and personal accidents before travelling.

AB OVO holds all permits and licences required by Croatian law for the provision of tourist transport and guided excursions. While we take every reasonable precaution for your safety, AB OVO is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during a tour, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Guests participate in tours at their own risk.

Guests are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful to other guests, guides, and local communities. AB OVO reserves the right to remove any guest from a tour without refund if their behaviour is deemed disruptive, dangerous, or offensive.

Itineraries, meeting points, and departure times may be adjusted due to weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify guests of any significant changes as early as possible.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or from the provision of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Makarska, Croatia.

AB OVO reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The current version is always available on our website. Bookings confirmed before any change remain governed by the Terms in effect at the time of confirmation.
